Toll Systems & Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a Toll Systems & Operations Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience to join our team, managing toll technology and operations consulting services contracts for public toll agencies and providing subject matter expertise on tolling systems/technologies and recommending solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and technical consulting services related to tolling systems
• Substantial experience in managing client relationships
• Experience in managing client relationships and conducting risk and issue assessment, tracking, and mitigation
• Ability to conduct analyses of business and customer needs, document requirements and processes, develop reporting, analytic and information solutions, financial analysis, auditing, and budgeting
• Ability to track and resolve issues that arise during back office and roadside toll system implementations
