Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will partner with the business and external partners to launch projects and initiatives, and establish processes and procedures for accurate reporting. The role involves working with the business, IT, and cross-functional teams to determine solutions to issues in current processes and procedures.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
• CPA designation required
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of IFRS
• Resourceful and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent while collaborative and a strong team player
• Takes ownership and initiative
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Results-oriented and the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work with a positive attitude and in a professional manner
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• ERP Oracle experience is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Experience with revenue assurance, or revenue and profitability analytics
• Experience in the telecom or software industries is an asset
• Public company reporting experience
