As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will lead by example, providing engaging customer service and supervising operational excellence for the store, including merchandising, freight flow, promotions, and front office tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
