Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism while processing inquiries, providing information, and resolving customer complaints in a retail store environment.

- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to effectively serve customers
- Attention to details to ensure accuracy of form completion
- Arithmetic skills to calculate fees and balance monies
