Job Description
As a warehouse associate at Staples, you will work in one of six areas: Warehouse Bulk, Material Handling Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Warehouse Replenishment, Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Warehouse Returns, and Shipping. You will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, lifting and moving product, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. You will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as you deliver essential products to customers. Requirements
- Ability to be Material Handling Equipment Operator certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment
- Ability to keep work area clean
- Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues
- Ability to adopt our safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
