Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Managers drive sales, services and customer engagement in the store and ensure the store is ready for business. They will establish customer relationships, provide total solutions to meet customer's needs and grow the business, while guiding their team in being positive, inclusive, and collaborative.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry
• Experience managing and coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
• Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
