Retail Operations Supervisor

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will drive sales and operational excellence, provide customer service, and supervise store operations. You will also handle administrative duties, ensure health and safety, and support training and development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
• 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
