Retail Operations Supervisor

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will drive sales and operational excellence, lead by example, and supervise all aspects of operational excellence for the store. You will also be responsible for customer engagement, training and development, communication, health & safety, and administrative duties.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
• 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
