Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. They produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment and are collaborative and inclusive in helping customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution
• Attention to detail and keen eye to notice quality issues
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10 - 50 pound range, stand and walk continuously
