Wireless Sales Consultant

As a Wireless Sales Consultant at Staples Canada, you will champion the customer experience in the wireless department, grow your knowledge of wireless technology, and partner with the store team to create awareness of offers. You will help customers achieve their working & learning goals by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm on the latest wireless products, services, and trends.

Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience
• Customer focus and service orientation
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers.
