- Overseeing and executing digital experience initiatives across mobile, desktop, and app platforms, aligning strategies with overall business objectives.
- Leading projects focused on site enhancements, feature updates, and optimization efforts using data-driven insights.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, technology, and product teams to craft seamless, customer-focused digital experiences.
