Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail management experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams with a customer and sales-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
