• Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs
• Produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment
• Collaborate and be inclusive in helping customers
• Work in a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
• Work with many customers to provide a total solution
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10 - 50 pound range, stand and walk continuously
