Retail Print Sales Supervisor

Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals.

Requirements

• Direct a team in driving results for key metrics
• Collaborative and inclusive in helping customers
• Flexible to perform other duties as assigned
• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence
• Consult with customers to offer them appropriate options and deliver a total print solution
• Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customers
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
