Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers. They are collaborative and inclusive in helping customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.
Requirements
- Direct a team in driving results for key metrics
- Sell and provide total print solutions for customers
- Collaborate and include customers in a fun, team-oriented retail culture
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
