As a detail operations supervisor, you will drive sales and operational excellence, lead by example, and prioritize continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations. You will oversee and manage all aspects of operational excellence, including merchandising, inventory flow, and office tasks.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of prior experience in customer service in retail
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a supervisory role with direct responsibility for achieving sales and service objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solid skills in priority setting, organization, and multitasking
- Strong visual merchandising skills
