As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will enable the customer experience, share knowledge of wireless products and services, and achieve sales goals. You will partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and maintain company merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns and escalating to management when necessary.
