YUZU Flexible Resourcing is seeking a Corporate Governance Paralegal in Malaysia to support international financial services clients with corporate secretarial and governance documentation, legal research, and regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate paralegal or company secretarial role
