Job Description
Join a prestigious international law firm as a Corporate Paralegal and work on downstream and upstream transactions in the Energy, Power, Oil & Gas industries. Conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist with due diligence. Strong command of English required, Chinese language skills advantageous.
Requirements
- LL.B or LL.M degree
- 3+ years' experience as project finance, corporate M&A or general banking and finance paralegal from a reputable law firm
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is advantageous
