Our client, an award-winning international law firm, seeks a Corporate Partner to develop and manage a sizeable outbound corporate practice from Hong Kong, focusing on cross-border deals and international transactions.

Requirements

• Proven track record at a reputable international law firm
• Significant experience in corporate law (capital markets and/or M&A) and cross-border transactions
• Strong book of portable business and a loyal client following
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development and client service
• Disciplined financial management skills
• Admission to practice law in Hong Kong is preferred, additional qualification in another jurisdiction is advantageous
