Foreign Legal Consultant to join a US law firm's capital markets team, reviewing listing application documents and assisting with regulatory inquiries. Opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and gain cross-border legal and regulatory experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting fee-earners in capital markets transactions.
- LLM or LLB from a reputable law school in China, Hong Kong, or the U.S., with strong academic credentials preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent written English are essential. Bonus points for native Mandarin speakers.
