We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Arbitration Partner to join our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will have a strong client following and a proven track record in international arbitration, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' PQE in international arbitration, industry or sector agnostic
• A proven track record of generating and maintaining a significant client following.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a desire to grow and develop a practice and team.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to working across offices and practice areas to deliver a unified service.
• Admitted to practice in Hong Kong or another major common law jurisdiction, with a strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific legal market.
