Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel to support the Head of Legal of an international FMCG company, based in Hong Kong. This role primarily focuses on business activities in Hong Kong and Macau, offering exposure to a broad range of legal matters in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Requirements
- HK law qualified and admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong
- 5-8 years PQE from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team, ideally within a regional APAC multinational
- Experience in the FMCG or food & beverage industry is a strong advantage
- Exposure to intellectual property matters is beneficial
- Strong command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin (read/write/speak) is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Ability to review legal documents in both traditional and simplified Chinese
