Job Description
Our client, a global institutional investor, is seeking a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary to join their in-house legal team in Hong Kong. The suitable candidate will provide support and assistance to the Legal department, including drafting, proof-reading, research, and preparation of documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary in financial services companies or reputable commercial-led law firms, or a legal assistant in a major commercial law firm.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must. Additional proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential
- Experience working in financial services or asset management companies is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to work independently
