Job Description
Our client, a renowned international law firm, is seeking a Junior Associate with strong knowledge in ECM, M&A and post-listing compliance work to join their Corporate Transactions practice in Hong Kong.
Requirements
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer
- 1-2 years of PQE
- Experience in ECM, M&A (public and private), and compliance work
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
