Job Description
This multinational corporation is hiring a senior legal counsel to join their regional team based in Hong Kong, advising senior management/business units on legal, compliance, risk and regulatory matters.
Requirements
- 12-15 Years' PQE qualified in Hong Kong/common law jurisdiction
- Technically sound with excellent law firm/in-house experience gained in the FMCG and/or retail/manufacturing sectors
- Proficient in drafting contracts and correspondence adeptly in both English and Chinese languages.
- Commercially savvy with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese languages
