Job Description
Manager Trainee positions available at a nursery, responsible for budgeting, sales, inventory management, marketing, and customer service, with a focus on safety and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively coordinate and complete numerous activities simultaneously
- Ability to identify problems and work in conjunction with others to implement effective solutions
- Independent judgment to develop creative solution to spontaneous problems that may arise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure
- Forklift experience and certification required
- Pre employment drug screening required
- Will need to operate equipment or drive on company business
