Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing or HR industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- UAE driving license and own car is a plus
