Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in drilling operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Driller, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Valid drilling certifications and licenses
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including nights and weekends if required
