Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate training programs, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Assistant
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
