Requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review
