Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated HSE Supervisor to join our team. As the HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
- Ability to conduct HSE training and awareness programs
- Proficient in conducting HSE audits and investigations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
