Job Description
The Property Accounts Executive / Senior Property Accountant will manage the financial and accounting operations of a portfolio consisting of two large towers, including residential, commercial, and potential hotel components.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience for Property Accounts Executive, 5–7 years for Senior Property Accountant (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or property management)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property-related financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
