We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter Officer who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and a proven track record in recruiting top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment best practices in the UAE
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
