Requirements
- - Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- - Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- - Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positions
- - Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track progress
- - Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- - Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks and coordinating pre-employment screenings
- - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- - Provide support for other HR and recruitment initiatives as needed
