Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for finding the right talent to support our clients' business needs.

Requirements

• - Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• - Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• - Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positions
• - Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track progress
• - Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• - Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks and coordinating pre-employment screenings
• - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• - Provide support for other HR and recruitment initiatives as needed
