Recruitment Specialist job opening in a staffing/outsourcing company with 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Oil & Gas. End-to-end recruitment responsibilities include JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Oil & Gas)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, channels, and databases
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
