Job Description
Apprentice (now Brewing) is a part of the Starbucks partnership program, designed to develop its partners. This on-the-job training program offers practical work experience, communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism. It focuses on customer service and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. The program is 6 months and 12 months long, with a focus on achieving standardized performance.
Requirements
- Attends to all scheduled shifts and is punctual.
- Maintains a clean workspace and follows store operating policies.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with customers and the team.
- Able to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Able to work flexible hours and is available for shifts with varying schedules.
