Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Starbucks India. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service, creating the Starbucks Experience, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be expected to model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.

Requirements

• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of TATA Starbucks.
• Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes-first” attitude.
