Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor contributes to the success of Starbucks India by assisting the store manager in executing store operations, deploying partners, and creating a positive learning environment. They are responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles, and have a strong focus on customer service and team management.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience of handling a team in a retail setup
• 12th / Diploma education qualification
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
