The Shift Supervisor will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploy partners and delegate tasks to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers, and model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience handling a team in a retail setup
- 12th / Diploma + education qualification
