Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager Internal Projects to help us continue to grow and develop STARFACE. As a key role, you will bring structure to our internal projects, support the management team in strategic initiatives, and help to take our internal processes to the next level.
Requirements
- Planning, monitoring, and controlling internal projects to implement our strategic company goals - from idea to successful completion
- Bringing together teams and topics, creating clarity on goals, priorities, and conditions, and promoting self-organized work
- Close collaboration with the management team in setting up a central project office and developing reporting, controlling, and OKR structures
- Coordination of cross-functional projects - from product and technology to marketing and sales - with a focus on transparency and goal achievement
- Early risk recognition, ensuring timely and budget adherence, and smooth handover of successful projects to operational management
- Continuous analysis and optimization of internal processes to increase efficiency and collaboration
