Senior Associate, New Product Development

We are Starface World, a brand that combines efficacy and optimism in skincare. We're looking for a highly organized Senior Associate of New Product Development to support our new product launch process from kickoff through launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or new product development within the beauty, skincare, and/or cosmetics industry
• Experience supporting end-to-end project timelines and working with cross-functional partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and with external partners
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and eager to grow project management skill set
