Job Description
In alignment with Starfish's Blueprint for Brighter Futures, the Education Coach will assist educators and support staff in identifying area(s) of need to achieve high quality programming as it relates to curriculum implementation and best practices in child development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of early childhood education, child and family development, curriculum development or related field required
- Minimum three years of experience in early childhood teaching, working with families.
- Minimum two years of staff training experience.
- Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) experience preferred.
- Experience with any of the following curricula highly preferred. Connect4Learning, Creative Curriculum and Great First Eight
