Application Software Engineer, Senior

Role Overview

As an Application Software Engineer, Senior, you will advise and support work that involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software. You will work with customers to test applications, assure software and systems quality and functionality, and integrate hardware and software components.

What You Will Do

Your duties will include following/leading an Agile methodology, analyzing and refining systems requirements, translating systems requirements into applications prototypes, planning and designing systems architecture, and determining output media/formats.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• Advanced Degree (MA/MS) or Doctorate from an ABET accredited program in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering Discipline and 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoW
• BA/BS Degree from an ABET accredited program in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering Discipline and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoW
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoW
• Must have and maintain a T1/NACI security clearance
