Procurement Category Manager

StarHub is seeking a dynamic Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships. This role involves developing strategy, analyzing spend, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and procurement best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and project management experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related discipline (CIPS or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience with a proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiation.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in spend analysis and market research.
• Solid commercial and project management skills to lead sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Good working knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, commercial law, and financial analysis.
• Experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) procurement is a strong advantage.
