Senior Executive

The senior engineer role will focus on ensuring resilient, secure, and high-performance IP/MPLS core network operations that safeguard business continuity and support the growth of Consumer and Enterprise services.

Requirements

• Provide expert-level support for complex enterprise and IP core network environments
• Design, implement, and optimize network solutions across multiple platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Lead major network projects, including Tech-Refresh and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Participate in 24/7 standby rotation and manage critical escalations
• Perform security configurations, patches, firmware and router hardware upgrades
• Conduct risk and vulnerability reviews on core infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements
• Provision and migrate L2VPN/L3VPN services (QP-EVPL, PB-EVC, AG-EVC)
• Support GovTech (G1) and Cloud Connect circuit provisioning and migration
• Coordinate incident response, fault isolation, and vendor escalations
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations
