Senior Manager, Business Planning

The Senior Manager, Business Planning role is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for SHINE, ensuring alignment amongst leaders, and driving project execution. The role involves leading and driving project meetings, reporting, and preparation of board meeting materials, as well as building bridges across functional units and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Tertiary Education in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field
• 10 to 12 years of Project Management preferably in medium to large scale complex projects eg Tech stack integration, Cloud migration transformation and/or Security enablement
• Candidate who is certified in Project Management such as CITPM/PMP with practical experience of Project management methodology is preferred
• Hands-on experience and good understanding of Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking methodologies
• Candidate with related technical / Telco industry experience would have an added advantage
• Knowledge in technologies and application HR, Finance, Data Warehouse and Analytics
• Experience in tender / RFQ / RFP processes, negotiation and contract matters preferred
