Senior Projective Executive (Software Development)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Project Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of key software projects.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of direct experience working on Software development in Telecom or related communication technology industry
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Solid technical understanding of software development concepts, web technologies, and architecture
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Experience of Data Engineering Tools: Apache Hive, Apache Iceberg, Spark, Database: Microsoft SQL server, PostgreSQL, Operating system: Windows, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), and Automation tools: Ansible, Selenium (With Python), Microsoft Power Automate, UI Path
• Knowledge of Data Visualization & Monitoring: Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrable experience with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and creating Gantt charts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
