Job Description
Stark Bank is looking for a Senior Product Designer to design robust experiences for complex financial products. The role involves translating financial flows, business rules, and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and ensuring high-quality execution.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- UI and UX mastery, as well as the construction of complex flows
- Experience with Design Systems and componentization
- Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout)
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand implementation limitations
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing
- Active collaboration with PMs and engineers
- Autonomy in execution and sense of responsibility for deliveries
- Attention to detail and visual quality
