Job Description
At Engine by Starling, we are on a mission to find and work with leading banks all around the world who have the ambition to build rapid growth businesses, on our technology. We are looking for a Client Solutions Director to join our team in the New York metropolitan area to drive the localisation and implementation of Engine's platform with North American clients.
Requirements
- Strong client centric product mindset
- Experience in the U.S. banking sector and development of solutions for the market
- Experience leading the delivery of large-scale, complex programmes in financial services
- Inquisitive, curious and able to understand client issues, needs and concerns while building trusted relationships
- Technical aptitude and curiosity
- Self-motivated and able to work in a highly autonomous environment
